Recruitment Team Leader (Blue Collar)

About the role

The Recruitment Team Leader – Blue Collar is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume, blue‑collar positions, ensuring timely manpower deployment while maintaining quality, budget compliance, and documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for roles such as Helpers, Masons, Carpenters, Electricians, Welders, Drivers, Technicians and other operational positions.
• Supervise and coach a team of recruiters/coordinators, allocate requirements, set targets and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with department heads to verify manpower requests, maintain an updated vacancy tracker and provide regular status reports.
• Manage relationships with local and overseas recruitment agencies, monitor their performance and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Oversee candidate screening, technical assessments, trade tests, offer issuance and acceptance, minimizing drop‑outs.
• Facilitate mobilization, visa processing, medical checks, travel arrangements and onboarding hand‑over.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to UAE employment regulations, maintain confidentiality and proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
• 8‑10 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on high‑volume blue‑collar hiring.
• Background in construction, manufacturing, industrial or facilities‑management sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing both local and overseas bulk recruitment campaigns.
• Preferable experience in UAE/GCC recruitment environments.
