Regional Business Partner Manager - Pharma

About the role

The position is based in Dubai and serves as the Regional Business Manager for the Middle East & Africa, overseeing partner and distributor markets for a German pharmaceutical group.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales and profit for assigned countries and partners, planning sales and market access activities.
• Lead annual and 5‑year sales and revenue planning with the Regional Head.
• Launch new products with Brand Management and coordinate pricing and reimbursement submissions.
• Build market analyses to identify growth levers and new potential.
• Identify, select, and negotiate contracts with new distribution partners.
• Ensure partners meet contractual commitments and drive regional portfolio development.

Required profile

• Master's degree in natural sciences, economics or a comparable field.
• 8+ years in sales or business development in international B2B pharma.
• Hands‑on experience managing distributor or partner models in the Middle East.
• Strong track record in contract negotiations and distribution agreements.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, confident with senior customers and partners.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
