Regional CRM Manager - Middle East

About the role

Louis Vuitton Middle East is looking for a CRM Manager in Dubai who will orchestrate client engagement through data-driven CRM strategies and personalized clienteling programs. The role ensures customer-centric initiatives that strengthen loyalty, improve client experiences and support the business performance of the Maison.

Key responsibilities

• CRM operations and strategy: run CRM campaigns aligned with Maison strategy and segmentation, manage client databases, oversee marketing automation and loyalty programs, and track conversion and retention KPIs
• Clienteling: design personalized clienteling across channels, support boutique teams with toolkits and training, and refine its impact continuously
• Data analysis: use predictive analytics to guide targeting, prepare reports and dashboards, define client segments and personas, and support business reviews
• Cross-team coordination: work with digital, retail and marketing teams, align with IT and CRM vendors, and ensure omnichannel consistency
• Innovation: pilot new tools and platforms, train local teams, gather feedback and promote a data-driven, client-centric approach

Required profile

• Experience in luxury retail in a fast-paced environment
• Arabic speaker preferred
• Strong adaptability, collaboration, communication and critical thinking skills
• Customer centricity, decision-making, emotional intelligence, leadership and problem-solving
