Regional Engineering Advisor

About the role

The Regional Engineering Advisor will lead all engineering and technical activities for ProTechnics within the assigned region. This role requires a self‑motivated professional who can build strong technical relationships in the oil and gas community and support internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret technical engineering reports, delivering written and oral presentations to clients on a well or project basis.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, conduct well reviews, and advise clients on completion optimization.
• Write, submit, and present technical papers at industry meetings and societies such as SPE.
• Maintain a database of engineering case histories for internal use and client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
• 3–5 years of oil and gas industry experience, preferably in completion operations and hydraulic fracturing.
• Excellent oral and written communication with a professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Business Suite.
• Experience with Spotfire and Enverus (strong plus).
• Knowledge of fracture modeling software (plus).
