Regional Head of Marine & Power Products

About the role

The Regional Head of Marine & Power Products will lead the growth and performance of Honda Marine & Power Products across the UAE. Reporting to Al‑Futtaim Automotive, the role shapes regional strategy, drives profitability and ensures superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional business strategy for Marine & Power Products.
• Identify market growth opportunities across marine propulsion, battery and energy storage categories.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including sales, after‑sales and technical support, to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Manage strategic customer relationships, negotiations and regional partnerships.
• Oversee inventory, supply‑chain planning and forecasting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in power generation, marine propulsion, battery or energy storage sectors.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing regional operations or technical‑commercial business units.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marine technology or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven track record of profitable growth.
