Regional Marketing Manager – Middle East

About the role

Gallagher Security is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead and expand its brand presence across the Middle East from Dubai. You will work closely with sales, global marketing, and product teams to create integrated campaigns that drive demand and support channel partner growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Middle East marketing plan aligned with sales priorities and global direction.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activity to shape regional marketing focus.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring activities are measurable and tied to commercial objectives.
• Plan and deliver regional events, exhibitions, partner activities, consultant engagements, and end‑user forums.
• Oversee event logistics, supplier relationships, sponsorships, communications, promotional materials and post‑event follow‑up.
• Lead brand‑awareness initiatives, PR, thought‑leadership content, customer stories and communications tailored to Middle East audiences.
• Seek visibility through industry associations, media, speaking opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in security technology or related B2B sectors.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and global marketing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
