Regional Sales Manager – Middle East & India (Rental)

About the role

L‑Acoustics, the world leader in premium professional sound systems, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East & India rental market. Based in Dubai, you will champion the brand, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth across a sophisticated market landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the L‑Acoustics brand with professionalism and integrity, fostering internal alignment across international teams.
• Travel extensively to nurture strategic customer relationships, identify new opportunities with end users, rental companies, production partners, and venues.
• Drive regional sales objectives in the rental market, manage orders, produce accurate quotations, and guide channel partners through the sales cycle.
• Assess and develop distributor performance, maintain CRM data for reliable forecasting, and support budgeting and executive reporting.
• Organise product demonstrations and support regional marketing events focused on rental applications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of commercial Audio/Video sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience managing channels of system integrators and distributors in the Middle East & India.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Proficient in English; willingness to travel 35‑50% across the region.

Required skills

• Knowledge of premium audio product features and benefits.
• Understanding of the rental market (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Audio/Video design and application (plus).
