Regional Sales Manager – Middle East (Packaging Coatings)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our Packaging Coatings portfolio across the Middle East. The role focuses on beverage, food, and household product coating ranges within the Sherwin‑Williams Packaging Coatings Group.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve commercial targets, including new business development, price adjustments, claim negotiations, inventory control, and accurate forecasting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, purchasing contacts, and technical teams at customer sites.
• Coordinate technical support with Customer Technical Service teams to arrange line trials and provide product implementation assistance.
• Create and execute annual sales plans and strategic account plans in collaboration with the Business Director and cross‑functional teams.
• Identify market opportunities, drive market share growth, and support scale‑up trials for new technologies.
• Prepare monthly sales and market reports, monitor competitive activity, and communicate insights to sales leadership.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and provide technical training as needed.
• Manage product complaints, coordinate resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Secondary school education required; tertiary qualification in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar commercial/technical sales role; 5 years preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with technical understanding of packaging coatings.
• Excellent problem‑solving, data analysis, and independent decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time.
