Regional Sales Manager – UAE Energy, Utilities & Manufacturing

About the role

OPSWAT, a global leader in critical infrastructure cybersecurity, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for UAE Energy, Utilities & Manufacturing. This role drives revenue and growth by expanding OPSWAT’s footprint across the UAE’s most strategically critical accounts, focusing on oil & gas operators, nuclear energy facilities, power and water utilities, and downstream manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically target business opportunities across Oil & Gas, nuclear energy, power & water utilities, and OT/manufacturing sectors.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of active enterprise accounts, including National Oil Companies and utility authorities, while hunting new logos.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies that address OT/IT convergence, air‑gap security, and regulatory obligations.
• Communicate value propositions to both OT engineers and C‑level executives, translating technical outcomes into operational risk reduction.
• Leverage OPSWAT’s channel partner ecosystem in the UAE to co‑sell and expand coverage where direct access is limited.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in cybersecurity or OT/industrial technology solutions within the UAE.
• Proven track record closing multi‑million‑dollar deals with energy sector accounts (NOCs, utilities, nuclear, manufacturing).
• Deep familiarity with OT/ICS security concepts such as network segmentation, data diodes, and air‑gapped environments.
• Experience navigating complex multi‑stakeholder sales, including channel partners and system integrators.
• Comfort engaging C‑level, CISO/CTO, and technical engineering audiences; fluency in English required, Arabic a strong advantage.
