Regional Sales Specialist

About the role

Changan Automobile, a leading Chinese automotive manufacturer, is hiring a Regional Sales Specialist in Dubai. The role covers developing regional sales strategies, building client relationships and reporting on sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
• Identify and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, trends and competition.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales with company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, with recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely product delivery.
• Take part in industry events, trade shows and networking activities to promote the brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
• Fluency in English; fluency in the regional language is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
