About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Registered Nurse position is based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on delivering direct patient care within a healthcare facility. The role involves comprehensive assessment, care planning, medication administration, and continuous monitoring of patient conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, care planning, medication administration and treatment delivery.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously and document care accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement clinical protocols.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, health promotion and disease prevention.
• Maintain infection‑control practices and participate in emergency and routine clinical procedures.
• Support quality‑improvement initiatives within the facility.

Required profile

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse licence or eligibility for licensure.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Experience in direct patient care in hospital, clinic or similar settings.
• Knowledge of evidence‑based nursing practices, infection control and UAE healthcare regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for patient and team interaction.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond professionally to urgent situations.

Required skills

• Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (preferred).
