Registered Nurse - HealthHub Clinic, Dubailand

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for its new community healthcare clinic in Dubailand. You will support physicians and patients in a busy outpatient setting, delivering safe, compassionate and patient-centred care. The role suits someone wanting a supportive clinical environment, a 5-day working week and long-term career development within Al-Futtaim Health.

Key responsibilities

• Support physicians during consultations, examinations and clinical procedures.
• Conduct patient assessments, record observations and vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records.
• Administer medications, injections and treatments as prescribed, and support medication administration within scope of practice.
• Provide patient education, health promotion and follow-up support.
• Perform venepuncture and blood collection, and perform IV cannulation and support IV therapy.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic and clinical procedures and assist physicians with outpatient procedures.
• Comply with DHA requirements and HealthHub clinical standards, infection prevention and control policies, and patient privacy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• DHA Registered Nurse licence or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient clinic, medical centre, ambulatory care or hospital.
• Fluent English and good computer skills with clinical documentation.
• Ability to commute daily to Dubailand.

Preferred experience and skills

• Outpatient, primary care or Family Medicine experience.
• Strong venepuncture and IV cannulation skills.
• Experience supporting physicians and working with a diverse patient population.
• Tagalog as a second language.
