Registered Nurse – Home Care

About the role

WhizzHR is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, personalized nursing care to patients in their homes across Dubai. The role involves comprehensive clinical assessments, medication administration, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and dignified patient recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and adjust individualized care plans, and document clinical observations.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and wound care as prescribed, while monitoring vital signs and equipment.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and home safety.
• Coordinate with physicians, caregivers, and allied health professionals to deliver cohesive care and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH/DOH guidelines, infection control standards, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA/MOH/DOH nursing license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home care or community health.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy, detail‑orientation, and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (optional).
• Medication administration, IV therapy, wound care.
