Registered Nurse - Homecare

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive homecare services to patients in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering nursing care, monitoring health status, and coordinating with physicians and families to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clinical and progress notes and coordinate services as liaison between treating physicians and patients’ families.
• Monitor and record vital signs, report abnormal values to physicians.
• Administer prescribed medications and manage intravenous infusions and parenteral therapies.
• Provide specialized care for patients with tracheostomy, gastrostomy, colostomy, pacemakers, peritoneal dialysis, and ventilators.
• Deliver nursing care to individuals with hemiplegia, paraplegia, Bell’s palsy, cerebral palsy, terminal illnesses, and the elderly.
• Support newborns, pre‑ and post‑partum mothers, and physically challenged clients requiring special home or educational facility care.
• Assist with simple exercises, ambulation, and accompany clients to appointments, social gatherings, and outings.
• Perform wound care to prevent pressure ulcer exacerbation and document medical events and procedures.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Experience delivering homecare nursing services.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and families.

Required skills
