Registered Nurse – Inpatient Pediatrics, Al Qusais

About the role

Aster Hospital in Al Qusais is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Inpatient Pediatrics (IP) team. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality nursing care to children admitted to the hospital, ensuring safety, comfort, and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric inpatients, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient and family education, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life‑support interventions as required.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification recognized in the UAE.
• Current nursing license valid for practice in Dubai.
• Experience in pediatric inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
