Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our nursing team and deliver high‑quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate health records, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient health records and reports.
• Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and document reactions.
• Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments as needed.
• Record vital signs and other essential medical information.
• Order and coordinate diagnostic and clinical tests.
• Monitor, report, and document changes in patient conditions.
• Provide non‑intravenous medication administration.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Adjust patient treatment plans based on responses and evolving conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Pass the NCLEX‑RN and hold a current state RN license.
• Current BLS certification and AHA ACLS certification.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional, friendly attitude.
• Experience in home health care, emergency room, or intensive care settings.
