Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Speciality Hospital Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care, coordinating treatment plans and providing education and emotional support to patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Perform systematic patient assessments, re‑assessments and collect relevant health data.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals.
• Monitor vital signs, recognize abnormalities and escalate care when needed.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products and observe for adverse reactions.
• Provide wound care management and assist with invasive and non‑invasive medical procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations, treatments and ensure safe admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date clinical skills and adhere to regulatory standards for life‑support techniques.

Required profile

• Registered nursing qualification recognized in the UAE.
• Ability to work effectively within an interprofessional team.
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and support families.
• Commitment to patient safety and continuous professional development.
