About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Labour & Delivery Unit. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

Provide quality patient care in collaboration with a multi‑professional team, following clinical standards and legislation.
Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
Create a positive patient experience and supportive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
Mentor, supervise and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Valid BLS and NRP certificates.
Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; UAE experience is desirable.

Required skills

Basic Arabic language proficiency.
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
