About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Labour & Delivery Unit. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide quality patient care in collaboration with a multi‑professional team, following clinical standards and legislation.
  • Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
  • Create a positive patient experience and supportive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
  • Mentor, supervise and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Valid BLS and NRP certificates.
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience in the candidate’s home country; UAE experience is desirable.

Required skills

  • Basic Arabic language proficiency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
