Registered Nurse – Multispecialty Healthcare (Overseas Applicants)

About the role

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking qualified International Registered Nurses to join multispecialty healthcare facilities across the UAE. The role offers the chance to deliver high‑quality patient care in hospitals, medical centres and other healthcare settings while receiving support for licensing and recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, patient‑centred nursing care following clinical protocols.
• Assess patients, monitor vital signs and report changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with examinations, diagnostic procedures and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health.
• Follow infection‑control and patient‑safety procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Support admission, transfer, discharge and follow‑up processes.
• Respond appropriately to clinical emergencies within nursing scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification recognised by UAE health authority.
• Relevant clinical experience appropriate to qualification and licensing category.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, if applicable.
• Eligibility for professional nursing registration or licensing in the UAE.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
