Registered Nurse – NICU

About the role

The Registered Nurse will join the NICU team at Royal Hospital Dubai Investment Park, delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care to newborn patients and supporting their families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care, including assessment, treatment planning, and monitoring.
• Perform systematic patient assessments, record vital signs, and escalate abnormalities.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and wound care while monitoring for reactions.
• Assist in invasive and non‑invasive medical procedures and facilitate safe admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Required profile

• Valid license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant UAE health authority.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
• Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work across departments when needed.
