Registered Nurse - OPD Gynaecology

About the role

Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai is recruiting one Registered Nurse for its OPD Gynaecology department. The nurse provides and coordinates patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
• Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences under nursing leadership.
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build their competence.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (essential).
• 2 years of current or recent experience in OPD Obstetrics and Gynaecology; UAE experience preferred.
• Basic Arabic language skills.
• Preference given to designated groups under the UAE Emiratization program.

Required skills

• Knowledge of patient safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
