Registered Nurse - Operating Theatre

About the role
Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care in the operating theatre, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by maintaining a conducive environment.
- Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certificates.
- At least two years of nursing experience in the home country.
- Three years recent experience as a main scrub nurse in a hospital theatre (UAE experience preferred).
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
