Registered Nurse (Quality & Clinical Care)

About the role

This dual‑function position is for a clinically experienced registered nurse who will also lead quality control and compliance initiatives within our Abu Dhabi sports and musculoskeletal clinic. You will provide direct patient care while ensuring the highest standards of infection control, regulatory adherence and clinical governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality audits and ensure compliance with Department of Health and Ministry of Health regulations.
• Oversee infection control protocols and their implementation across clinic sites.
• Maintain and optimise electronic medical record (EMR) systems and documentation standards.
• Support clinical governance processes and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in a sports and MSK environment.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors and other specialists to uphold DISC’s clinical standards.

Required profile

• DOH‑registered nurse (license status to be confirmed in application).
• BSc in Nursing with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Proven experience in quality control, clinical audits and health‑regulation compliance.
• Strong knowledge of infection‑control practices and practical implementation.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and strong administrative capability.
• BLS certification and excellent communication and patient‑service skills.
