About the role

Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and Mediclinic.

Key responsibilities

Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
Create a positive patient experience and supportive environment as guided by nursing leadership.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a valid BLS certificate.
At least two years of nursing experience in the applicant’s home country; UAE experience is a plus.

Required skills

Basic Arabic language skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
