Relationship Manager – Assets (Business Banking)

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Assets will focus on acquiring new client relationships, upgrading mass‑segment accounts and expanding existing portfolios within Business Banking. You will be responsible for meeting asset, deposit and cross‑sell revenue targets while upholding the highest service standards and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual business goals including revenue, profit, asset and deposit growth, and customer acquisition.
• Acquire new client relationships through Relationship Officers and upgrade mass‑segment clients.
• Grow existing relationships and cross‑sell Trade & Treasury products.
• Maintain compliance with UAE Central Bank, AML, and KYC regulations.
• Ensure minimal turnaround times, high client satisfaction and service excellence.
• Document meetings, update client profiles and contribute to team reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience, preferably as a Relationship Manager.
• Strong knowledge of SME banking, trade, asset, insurance and investment products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; regional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and strict adherence to compliance policies.
