Relationship Manager - Fintech

About the role

NAGA, a fintech company that makes trading and investing accessible to everyone, is looking for a Relationship Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role involves maintaining contact with existing and potential clients, promoting the company's products and presenting its systems, while keeping clients informed about financial news and market risks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain contact with existing and potential clients to meet their needs and requests
• Promote the company's products and services
• Present the risks of financial markets and derivatives financial instruments
• Contact potential clients who registered through the company's website and present its products
• Present the company's systems to clients
• Share financial news with approved clients by phone or e-mail
• Follow up on client requests and give timely feedback
• Take part in company trainings and keep relations with existing clients
• Ensure clients receive high-quality information about the products

Required profile

• University or college degree in Business, Marketing or a computer-related field, or equivalent; high school diploma
• Fluent English and Arabic; other languages are an advantage
• Dynamic, innovative and self-motivated, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Good organization, time management and networking abilities
• Proven ability to multitask, deliver results and manage others in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and generate business
