Relationship Manager – Large Corporates (UAE National)

About the role

The Relationship Manager in the Large Corporates segment will strengthen Emirates NBD’s position with key corporate clients by delivering tailored financial solutions that drive client satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth. The role leverages deep product knowledge and sound judgment to navigate complex client requirements, ensure seamless execution, and mitigate risk.

Key responsibilities

• Drive client revenue growth and retention through proactive portfolio management, identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities and developing relationship plans.
• Coordinate with product partners and credit teams to structure bespoke solutions that maximise client value.
• Conduct rigorous credit assessments, prepare high‑quality credit proposals and monitor early‑warning indicators to maintain portfolio resilience.
• Advise clients on optimal capital structures and risk‑management solutions to strengthen financial resilience.
• Oversee end‑to‑end client onboarding, ensuring all documentation meets KYC and AML requirements and collaborating with compliance teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate client records, update ownership or risk‑profile changes, and champion data‑privacy and conduct‑risk protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring prompt resolution and coordinating with internal stakeholders for seamless transaction execution.
• Promote adoption of digital banking platforms and support clients in leveraging new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relationship management or corporate banking experience with large corporates, including use of CRM systems and core banking platforms.
• Professional certification such as Certified Credit Professional (CCP) or equivalent preferred.
• Ongoing continuing professional development in regulatory compliance and digital banking trends.
