Remote Accounts, E‑Commerce & IT Specialists (Full‑time)

About the role

Al Nojoom Al Sabah Foam Industry LLC, a growing furniture and foam manufacturing company based in Ajman, UAE, is seeking full‑time remote professionals to support its business operations. Positions are open for an Accounts Professional, an E‑Commerce Specialist and an IT Support Specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, track payments and perform routine account reconciliations.
• Update product information, pricing, inventory details and manage order records while communicating with customers.
• Monitor online orders, resolve discrepancies related to payments, stock, delivery coordination or product issues.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles, transaction recording, invoices, expenses, receivables, payables and basic reconciliations.
• Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, document organization and preparing operational or financial reports.
• Ability to manage e‑commerce product listings, order processing, inventory updates and handle online customer queries.
