About the role
We are looking for a Remote IT Technician to provide everyday technical assistance and basic troubleshooting for our users. This part‑time, flexible position is fully remote and ideal for candidates eager to develop practical IT support skills.
Key responsibilities
- Assist users with common software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot routine technical problems and document solutions.
