Remote JavaScript Developer – Full‑Stack AI Platform

About the role

We are hiring for a client that needs a Python‑plus‑Full‑Stack JavaScript developer to design, develop and maintain high‑quality code for training and optimizing AI models. The position is full‑time, remote and supports US‑based companies building commercial and research AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and maintaining high‑quality task‑specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Nest.js, React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable and maintainable code.
• Experience conducting thorough peer reviews of code and documentation.
• Knowledge of Docker for containerisation and deployment.
• Familiarity with performance measurement tools and methodologies.
