Rental Sales Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Rental Sales Agent to join Green Motion UAE’s car‑rental team in Dubai. The role combines front‑line customer service with sales, requiring you to match travelers with the right vehicle and maximise revenue through upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in, phone, online, broker and aggregator customers and identify their travel and vehicle needs.
• Recommend suitable vehicles, convert enquiries into bookings and prepare rental/leasing agreements.
• Conduct vehicle handovers and return inspections, checking mileage, fuel level and damage.
• Process payments, security deposits, refunds and perform daily reconciliation.
• Upsell extras such as CDW/SCDW, GPS, child seats, additional drivers, upgrades and other accessories.
• Handle booking changes, extensions, disputes and customer complaints professionally.
• Contact customers before due dates to arrange extensions and collect payments; follow up on overdue accounts.
• Work with TARS, AUH Police System, rental aggregators and broker platforms.

Required profile

• Previous experience in car rental, leasing, hospitality, travel or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to sell and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE roads and locations; UAE driving licence preferred.
• Fluent English required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• Professional, energetic, reliable and able to work under pressure.
