Research Specialist – SEHA Research Center

About the role

The SEHA Research Center is seeking a dedicated Research Specialist to manage and support research programs across the organization. The role involves coordinating projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance, and driving data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support research projects from concept development through completion.
• Assist investigators with study design, protocol development, and research methodologies.
• Monitor research timelines, milestones, and deliverables while maintaining project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, MOHAP, ethics committees and regulatory requirements, supporting ethics submissions and approvals.
• Maintain adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and research integrity standards, participating in audits.
• Collect, validate, and analyze research data, preparing statistical summaries and outcome reports.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports to track research performance and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support manuscript preparation, abstract submission, and scientific publications, and coordinate conference presentations.
• Facilitate collaboration with physicians, clinicians, academic partners, and operational departments to promote multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, contribute to research strategy development and innovation projects.
