About the role
We are looking for a Reservation Agent to keep booking details accurate and availability up to date as plans shift. You will manage reservations, process changes, and coordinate booking information across relevant systems.
Key responsibilities
- Process new reservations, amendments, and cancellations while verifying dates, rates, guest details and availability.
- Send booking confirmations and communicate reservation information clearly to guests and internal teams.
- Coordinate schedule updates with internal teams and partners, tracking missing details and following up to complete records.
- Maintain organized booking files and support routine reporting.
Required profile
- Experience in reservations, travel operations, hotel bookings or scheduling is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.
