About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team in Abu Dhabi as a Reservations Agent, where you will brighten guests’ days by handling booking inquiries and delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest and team inquiries.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations while maintaining accurate records.
- Use proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales and promote hotel services and upgrades.
- Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads.
