About the role
Assist the Reservations department in delivering excellent guest service and achieving revenue targets at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, process and confirm guest room reservations via phone, email or fax within company standards.
- Update group bookings, billing instructions and special requests in OPMS.
- Maintain accurate guest and company profiles in the Property Management System.
- Monitor daily arrivals, reconfirm bookings and handle follow‑up reports.
- Apply hotel credit, cancellation and pre‑payment policies to all reservations.
- Promote upselling opportunities and sister properties to meet revenue goals.
- Liaise with sales, front desk, accounting and local travel agencies.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and guest relations abilities.
- Attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to meet sales and upselling targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
