About the role

Assist the Reservations department in delivering excellent guest service and achieving revenue targets at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive, process and confirm guest room reservations via phone, email or fax within company standards.
  • Update group bookings, billing instructions and special requests in OPMS.
  • Maintain accurate guest and company profiles in the Property Management System.
  • Monitor daily arrivals, reconfirm bookings and handle follow‑up reports.
  • Apply hotel credit, cancellation and pre‑payment policies to all reservations.
  • Promote upselling opportunities and sister properties to meet revenue goals.
  • Liaise with sales, front desk, accounting and local travel agencies.

Required profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and guest relations abilities.
  • Attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to meet sales and upselling targets.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in hotel reservation systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
