Reservations Agent – Luxury Beach Resort

About the role

Join the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa as a Reservations Agent and become one of the first points of contact for guests planning their stay. You will help guests book rooms, answer enquiries and ensure a smooth reservation process that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle individual and group reservations, amendments and cancellations using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Respond to guest enquiries via phone and other communication channels in a professional manner.
• Stay up‑to‑date with room rates, promotions, packages and resort information.
• Upsell rooms and recommend suitable options to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Process reservations received through travel agencies, wholesalers, sales teams and reservation centres.
• Provide information about the resort, facilities, local attractions and travel directions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office and other departments to ensure accurate communication of reservation details.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, daily logs and reports.
