Reservations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Reservations Supervisor to lead our reservation team in delivering exceptional guest service. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure smooth communication across departments, and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute and assign tasks within the reservations department to achieve efficient results.
• Assist in training new and existing reservation agents, ensuring they understand daily procedures.
• Communicate inter‑departmental information and manage shift handovers, including visa status, arrival checks, and reservation logs.
• Monitor group bookings, identify inventory barriers, and maintain accurate inventory controls.
• Provide feedback to the Reservation/Revenue Manager and support scheduling for optimal operations.
• Answer all incoming calls according to Rotana standards, process faxed information, and monitor reservation‑related emails.
• Organise transportation with the hotel driver and follow up on related details.
• Respond to reservation inquiries in line with approved company policies.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations.
• Strong written and oral English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, customer‑focused, proactive, and charismatic.
• High level of professionalism, self‑motivation, and a structured, goal‑oriented work approach.
