Reservations Supervisor - Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

Hilton is hiring a Reservations Supervisor for its Waldorf Astoria in Ras Al Khaimah. The role supervises the day-to-day operations of the reservations team, keeping bookings accurate and guests' special requests documented, and works closely with the revenue and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the reservations team and ensure bookings are handled efficiently.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and document guest profiles and special requests.
• Monitor daily arrivals, departures and room availability to avoid overbooking.
• Resolve guest concerns and escalated booking issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Revenue and Sales to align reservation strategy with business needs.
• Update room inventory and restrictions in the property management system (PMS) and channel managers.
• Train, mentor and evaluate reservation agents.
• Generate and review daily, weekly and monthly reports on reservations, occupancy and trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and guest data privacy standards.
• Support front office operations during peak times or special events.
• Supportive duties include helping implement promotional packages and rate strategies, liaising with Front Office and Housekeeping, supporting group reservations, and taking part in departmental meetings.

Required profile
