Residence Concierge

About the role

The Lana Residences, managed by Dorchester Collection in Dubai, is looking for a full-time Residence Concierge. The role oversees the front-of-house operation of the residence lobby, welcomes residents and their guests, and leads a small team of doormen, lobby and wellness hosts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the front-of-house operation of the residence lobby.
• Greet residents, their family members and visitors on arrival and departure, making them feel at home.
• Motivate, train, supervise, evaluate and counsel the team of doormen, lobby and wellness hosts.
• Plan daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly assignments for the team.
• Support residents, their families and guests in the lobby lounge, forecourt and amenity level.
• Maintain written communication with residents in a professional and courteous way, and liaise with other departments.

Required profile

• High empathy, resilience, guest-centredness, confidence and good communication.
• Able to manage multiple relationships and tasks, proactive and curious, culturally aware.
• Comfortable communicating in English, the primary language of the residences.
• Previous experience as a Residence Concierge or Guest Service Agent is preferred.
• High-level English and additional languages are an advantage.
