Restaurant General Manager and Manager Positions

About the role

Independent Food Company is seeking experienced hospitality leaders to manage its diverse restaurant concepts across the UAE. The roles include Restaurant General Manager, who will oversee overall operations, and Restaurant Manager, responsible for day‑to‑day outlet management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and team members, managing staffing, scheduling and performance.
• Drive sales, profitability and cost control while handling guest feedback and resolving concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations and health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Operations teams and support promotional initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a reputable hospitality group.
• Strong commercial, operational and financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams and manage high‑volume environments.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• UAE experience preferred and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
