Restaurant General Manager – Bars & Pubs

About the role

BrewDog City Walk is launching a new venue in Dubai and seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the pre‑opening, launch and ongoing operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete pre‑opening and opening process, ensuring operational, commercial, people, training and compliance requirements are met on time.
• Manage day‑to‑day venue operations, uphold BrewDog’s brand ethos, and maintain high standards of service, quality and safety.
• Hire, train and mentor a passionate team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Control costs, inventory, payroll and P&L, preparing budgets and ensuring profitability.
• Develop and track key performance metrics and build relationships with local suppliers, customers and the craft‑beer community.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years senior management experience in hospitality or food & beverage, with at least 2 years in opening or launching a venue.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets and financial reporting.
• Passion for craft beer and understanding of the BrewDog brand.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and local regulations is a plus.
