Restaurant General Manager – Luxury Dining

About the role

The General Manager will partner with the Food & Beverage Manager to lead Hakkasan, a flagship restaurant at Atlantis The Palm. You will ensure an exceptional guest experience while overseeing all operational aspects of the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service areas, including training, motivation, retention, food and labour cost control, and P&L accountability.
• Develop staffing plans, enforce safety and hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years’ hospitality experience with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role, preferably in a Pan‑Asian Michelin‑starred restaurant.
• High energy, results‑driven, strong leadership and motivational skills, and ability to adapt and drive team performance.

Required skills

• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and operational standards in luxury hospitality.
