Restaurant Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Restaurant Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of restaurant facilities and equipment through routine maintenance, repairs, and quick response to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks, including lights, sockets, switches, leaks, blocked drains, and furniture repairs.
• Inspect kitchen and restaurant equipment, report faults, and support exhaust, ventilation, water heater, and pump systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks, maintain records of works and spare parts, and coordinate with external contractors when needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, malls or F&B operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical problems independently and work under pressure.
• Flexible with working hours and branch visits; UAE experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Electrical maintenance (lights, sockets, wiring, minor faults).
• Plumbing maintenance (leaks, drains, taps, toilets, water lines).
• Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
