Restaurant Manager – Mediterranean Dining

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its Mediterranean restaurant in Dubai. The role oversees all aspects of the restaurant’s operations within the hotel environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Monitor dining room activities, address guest feedback promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports; implement cost‑control measures.
• Collaborate with chefs to create and update menus using seasonal ingredients.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure food quality, presentation and service standards.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, special events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hotel regulations.
• Analyse KPIs related to sales, guest satisfaction and staff performance and adjust operations accordingly.
• Plan and manage private dining, events and catering services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining setting.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation regulations and financial budgeting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
