Restaurant Manager – Mediterranean Restaurant

About the role

The Mediterranean Restaurant at TWINE, Dubai World Trade Centre, seeks a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations within a hotel setting. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive profitability, and uphold high standards of food quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and hotel standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Monitor guest feedback and dining room activities to guarantee excellent customer service.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; implement cost‑control measures.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop and update menus using seasonal ingredients.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Develop marketing strategies, special events, and promotions to boost restaurant visibility.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation regulations are consistently met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant management software.
• Experience using POS systems.
