Restaurant Manager – Turkish & Lebanese Dining

About the role

Lead the Turkish and Lebanese restaurant at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, delivering authentic, luxury dining experiences for guests and VIP events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the service team through briefings, training and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily operations including reservations, table management, service flow and guest recovery.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure menu knowledge, food quality, presentation and timing.
• Manage staffing, rosters and productivity while controlling costs, stock levels and waste.
• Drive upselling, promotions and service rituals to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate special events, VIP experiences and seasonal activations.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a management role within luxury hotels or high‑end restaurants.
• Strong understanding of Middle Eastern dining concepts, especially Turkish or Lebanese cuisine.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
