Restaurant Supervisor, Captain Waiter & Waiter – Dubai

About the role

We are expanding the front‑of‑house team at our busy café and restaurant in Al Garhoud, Dubai. We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor, a Captain Waiter and Waiters to deliver smooth service and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervisor: run the floor, assign sections, pace service, handle guest concerns, open/close the restaurant and manage cash‑ups.
• Captain Waiter: lead a section, greet guests, take orders, support waiters, ensure menu knowledge and act as a bridge to the supervisor.
• Waiter: welcome guests, take and serve orders accurately, keep the section clean and stocked, and assist teammates during busy periods.

Required profile

• Previous restaurant experience (not entry‑level).
• Immediate availability to start.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Valid UAE work visa.

Required skills

• Cash handling and cash‑up procedures.
• Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
