Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Lana – Dorchester Collection is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to lead its lobby team, deliver flawless service, and ensure memorable guest experiences in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the lobby team in delivering flawless service for guest arrivals and afternoon tea seatings.
• Hire, mentor and develop staff through a cohesive training and development program.
• Monitor revenue targets, control costs (beverage, payroll, expenses) and exceed budgeted goals.
• Conduct daily pre‑service briefings to keep the team informed of hotel happenings.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain immaculate presentation, cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet.
• Optimize restaurant reservations to maximize productivity, guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Oversee beverage preparation quality, presentation and inventory control.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Experience in revenue management and cost control within a hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication skills for briefing staff and liaising with other departments.
• Ability to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
